While the pasteurizer is ideal for producing large batches of shelf-stable products, we’ve had lots of requests for smaller-batch canning equipment—and now it’s here, thanks to a grant from the HDR Foundation!
Canning supplies will include pressure canners, canning pots, and canning kits. These will enable us to begin co-packing low-acid foods for regional farmers, for Kitchen Makers to can smaller batch products, and for community groups to host canning workshops in our space.
